Pharmaceutical and biotech managers

A group of managers from within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry wanted to increase their use of creativity and innovation in the workplace. At an offsite workshop a series of creative tools and techniques were demonstrated and trialled by the managers. This led to an increase in confidence in the use of creative techniques and the participants continue to apply these methods in the workplace.
