Strategic Business
Analysis
The company had been operating for a number of years
and needed an external view of the current operations.
It was apparent that the external environment had changed
significantly with little internal change. The functions
were operating almost as separate entities. Following
a number of trials, a project management system was
devised and introduced successfully. This enabled the
prioritisation
of projects and had the benefit of uniting the sales & marketing,
development, manufacturing and quality divisions. A
number of risk assessment project meetings were held
which eliminated
at least one major project risk to the company and
prevented financial disaster.
